Since the establishment of Asada Corporation, pipe-threading machines producing precision threads with reduced leakage have been the company's core products. In 1953 we were the first in Japan to develop a pipe-threading machine to produce precision leak-preventing threads. The current "Beaver" series embodies all our technical expertise in producing leak-preventing pipe threading machines. We provide a large share of the domestic market and we are gaining a share of the global market.
Asada also deals with a wide range of cutting machines used in plumbing: the lightest one (4.3kg) is powerful enough to cut metal and plastic coated pipes vertically. Our products feature usability and portability so they can be also used in high places or in confined spaces.
Although we have a production base in Thailand, we also maintain a production base in Japan because we believe that research and development must be linked to manufacturing to better refine our globally competitive products.
To address the global issues of ozone layer depletion and global warming, in 1995 Asada Corporation sold oil-less compressor refrigerant recovery equipment for the first time in Japan. Among more than 50 domestic competitors, our refrigerant recovery equipment, based on our leak-preventing pipe-threading machine technology, gained the largest market share in the commercial refrigeration and air conditioning market.
Given the knowledge and expertise of our employees, our company's ability to supply superior products and services is without equal in the industry.
In the near future, transportable refrigerant destruction equipment will be added to our lines. This equipment will break down refrigerant and render it harmless by using plasma technology developed for our plasma cutting machines.
