Asahi Sunac Corporation, a compound manufacturer specializing in coating equipment and forging machinery, enjoys high market shares in both fields.

In regard to forging machinery, our company developed and commercialized 2-die 2-blow cold headers, a best seller for more than 20 years, and the fastest ball headers in the world (more than 1000 rpm). Ahead of all others, we proposed concepts of factory automation for forging machinery, called the Computer Integrated & Intelligent Forging System (CIF), and have worked on developing and supplying control devices and equipment that make it possible to realize such concepts.

Regarding coating equipment, we specialize in two types of equipment: airless spray equipment and electrostatic spray equipment, and have advanced development in pursuit of our goal of 100% coating efficiency. The latest version electrostatic hand gun is the most lightweight in the world, greatly enhancing the usability of the product.

In addition, we have commercialized a cleaning device that has contributed to the revolution in the liquid crystal panel and semiconductor cleaning process. The equipment features cleaning by means of the collision energy of atomized cleaning liquid, based on atomization technology fostered through the development of airless coating equipment.

Asahi Sunac Corporation has placed great importance on expertise that enables the manufacture of high quality products. Under the concept "laboratories for customers", we have worked with our customers to bring about innovation. As part of these efforts, we have held various workshops,such as User Technical School (UTS) for spray equipment and Forging Technology School (FTS) for forging machinery,for more than 20 years, to give our customers the opportunity to learn about coating and forging technologies.
